Terrible

Bought a product, tried it out over 2 days and returned it for a refund. Refund got rejected,yet takealot still has my products I paid for. There illiterate staff cannot communicate properly. I wasn't even emailed saying when my product will be returned to me. Its 2 days later and no response. I'm honestly glad AMAZON is in SA,I hope they destroy TAKEALOT and make them go bankrupt.
