Terrible and *********** service from Takealot!

Order *** – Delivery Delay

Dear [Customer Support Team],

My recent order (***) has been delayed and was not delivered as per the expected delivery date. I find this concerning, as I am paying for both same-day delivery and a delivery subscription, yet the service is not being met.

This is now my second order with delays, and I was planning to place a third order. However, the reliability of the service is making me hesitant.

Could you please explain why this has happened and confirm how this will be resolved?
