Terrible and Lazy Delivery Service

it seems your delivery team is completely *********** in delivering.

I sent my order to my home address where I am not located during the day while I am at work. Twice your team as 'attempted delivery' but has failed. When I asked security at my residential address if someone came to drop of a delivery they have said no one has come. It seems your delivery person is not even getting out the vehicle to ring the door bell. They are calling me from the car (I work at a company where I am not allowed cellphone use during working hours) and the I don't answer they don't even attempt to ring the door bell and leave with security.

I will be ordering the items form Loot or Superbalist as they seem to know how to manage deliveries much better.

This is completely unacceptable. Terrible service.
