Terrible and dishonest costumer service

I bought a crimping tool and cutter on delivery the main box was sealed but the box in the box was opened and the cuter was not there I returned it and yes they did 'change it'but this time it came with a empty box Luckily I opened it with the delivery guy but this time the box was empty matter still not resolved I advise people to stay away from takealot its a big gamble.
