Terrible afterwards ...

Terrible afterwards service on a lawnmower... turnaround for response is 21 days because of there supplier? Lawnmower is in for the second time for repairs... first time took 1.5 months to get back only to break two weeks later.. no escalation option as they do not take calls... very frustrating process...
