Terrible after sales support and shipping incorrect items

Customer service has gone downhill. Still awaiting a return request for an item that was mislabelled and sent. This is a ****.

Logged last week and submitted all evidence and there is no feedback from the Support person. This is horrible service as the item I ordered I needed this past weekend! I will make sure to rather go get critical items myself in future.
