Terrible after sales service when returning item

After returning an item due to it not being what was advertised, my return was declined due to the item not being in the original state when purchased. Since 19th September, I have been waiting to get the item returned to me. The call centre is a joke, calls never get answered or call just cuts off. No one actually comes back to you after initial interaction. Promises are made but never kept. Takealot needs to get their act together regarding after sales service.
