Terrible after sales service

Trying to get hold of Takealot is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I have contacted them 2 days ago regarding a product that is still under warranty, and have yet to receive a response. Firstly you need to struggle to find a contact email and there is no customer service number you can call, but I suppose that is the way they wanted it.

I am utterly dissappointed and frustrated seeing that I make most of my purchases through them.
