Terrible after sales service!
Placed an order on an item on the 11th of August. It was listed as 3-5 business days delivery but because I used eBucks to pay I was discriminated against and only received the item on Sat the 19th. The box was severely damaged and I refused the package. That very next Monday (21st) they delivered the exact same package again. I since returned it and after NUMEROUS emails and photos I am now not getting any update on my package, so no item, no refund and no answer. Order number:***

04 Sept 2023, 13:15I rest my case! The lack of response here as well as the inability to answer their phones indicates the extent of their customer service. They couldn't care as long as their turnover is high the rest of us just doesn't matter to them at all. Next week Monday it would be exactly a month since I place the order and I still have nothing to show for it, not even a response as the where my purchased item is or WHY I don't have it yet. REDICULOUS!!!
