Terrible after sales service!

I bought a dishwasher and it was delivered with a massive dent. I have logged a return a week ago already. They were supposed to collect on Tuesday. Nobody showed. They phoned and said the will collect on Wednesday. Nobody showed. Nobody phoned. It is now Friday and I have NO idea if and when someone will come and collect or if someone will have the common decency to contact me and tell me what the hell is going on. And you can't phone because everyone is working from home. Which I believe is a pathetic excuse for a company like Takelot. Other companies have call desk agents working from home, why can't they?? This is terrible service! I have already logged a call on their website and I am still waiting.....
