Terrible After Sales Service

We have very frustrating experience with Takealot.com. We have sent back faulty solar batteries to be refunded and are getting no assistance on the matter. They first told us that we fell out of the 6 month warranty but when going on their website and finding the product the website clearly states that there is a 12 month warranty which means sent it back in time. No one is coming back to us and this is extremely frustrating. We have logged two call and multiple emails and we have to date gotten no response. We even spent money to have our inverter system checked out before we sent the batteries back to takealot to ensure that it truly is the batteries at fault before we ask for a refund.
