TERRIBLE after-sales (returns) service and dishonest/one-sided product reviews

At this point I really wonder what good even this review will do - Takealot clearly does not care. As others have mentioned, one cannot objectively review a product or service on their site - and lets face it, their after sales service would improve if it were automated (honestly, no joke). They send incorrect products frequently and one has to BATTLE to get it exchanged for the correct product, or then later to get your refund. Its just large-scale terrible service - beware.
