Terrible after sale service

I returned a faulty item to Takealot for an exchange of the same item,which they did. But when the exchange broke again within 2 months they refused to refund me, claiming "negligence" on my part. It has been 2 weeks and several emails later with a different person everytime and I haven't received anything with no communication from Takealot unless I first email them!
