Terrible

I bought a trampoline that had a max weight limit of 300kg. My 5 year old (30kg) jumped on t for less than 2 months when the material started to tear apart. I logged a return under warranty cover (that is supposed to be for 6 months). They collected it and looked at it, concluded it tore due to "visible user damage to the return item, which voids the warranty".

It was put together and used for the intended use within their given limitations. How would that be user damage within less than 2 months?

They have since returned it back to me and when i appealed, they said they will send someone to collect. I have not heard from them after i got it back.

They have given me a reason to check other online shopping portals a chance cause this issue was very poorly handle for a flimsy product.
