TEN day delay the day before delivery!

Order 3 items, 2 were 2-3 days and the other 5 days. Expected delivery 11th June. No problem.

Today I get an email to say that my delivery has been delayed till the 21st! an additional TEN days!!!!!!!!

What kind of service is this that you notify me the day before delivery that IO now have to wait another TEN days?
