Television warranty replacement/repair

MRRN FD7QD9 BWJQ - The only think that I require is the repair or replacement of a television that is still under warranty as the manufacturer redirected me to takealot, and advised that takealot would repair it. Firstly, I do not understand why the accessories are necessary in order to have it inspected. I requested for the accessories to be collected on Friday, 28th and they still have not been collected. All I need is the TV sent to the manufacturers to be repaired not this lengthy return process without any effective communication from your support team.
