Televion not working lines all over

I purchase a televiaion from them it was delivered to me on Sunday. When I open the box and switch if on the television screen had lines all over the screen. So it was crack. I then immediately went onto there website and ask for a return as it was broken. I had to fight with them to come and collect ot on monday. When the lady collect it on monday her car was so full she struggle to get the TV in her car. And since then I keep on asking when can I get a replacement with no answer on what date. I ask for a manager to contact me and still nothing. If I knew the service was so bad I would rather went to another supplier. I want my money back immediately or a working television that I paid for.
