Tedious Takealot

Why I won't ever order from Takealot ever again : 1. If 5 items in an order they arrive in 4 boxes, unlike everyone else who sends everything in one box. 2. They arrive one day 11am, next time 4pm, next time 6pm, then 2pm etc, unlike all other couriers here who come same time every day. 3. If they send you a wrong item or broken item it is a mind-bending long- winded tedious process to go through that is very drawn out, lots emails. 4. The final straw was requesting a credit refund, which used to be easy but again become tedious, drawn-out, long-winded, lots phone calls,emails etc So, Takealot never again, besides, most things over-priced anyway.
