Technical support and staff at Takealot is useless!!

Further to my previous review of Takealot's pathetic service and unknowledgeable personnel, I have not had the courtesy of any level of professional feedback from Takealot. I have come to the realization that Takealot is a faceless business with drones for personnel who are unable or unwilling to deliver service and as such I will never purchase any electronic equipment from them again and I would advise members of the public to not do so either as you will be setting yourself up for serious disappointment.
