TAURUS Triton Jug Blender

Our Triton Jug blender had some issue with the noise and we identified that a blade was slightly bent, even though we only blend fruits. So we sent it into Takealot.com and told them what the problem was. It then took them one month to get back to us (more than 21 days) and they only conclusion they came to was what we identified as the problem. We also made it clear that the bent blade was not because of our misuse. They now want us to pay for it to be fixed even though it wasn't our misuse. Takealot has good service until it at their cost. They have dealt with the service badly. One month is long time not to have the product to use and Takealot still want us to pay for something that is not our misuse.
