Taskealot drops the ball BIG TIME - Serious lack of Service

Name & Surname of person reporting the incident: Roché Kilian Contact Number of person reporting incident: *** Contact Email of person reporting incident: *** Statement summary of incident reported: On the 19th of July we placed an order which was noted as to be delivered by Thu/Friday 21/22 July On 21 July after no sms of shipping or notification on app was received i called in - Confirmation by Takelaot was given for delivery confirmation on Friday 22 July and that there was no delay either that she could see No packages was delivered On Monday 25 July I called in again (more cell phone costs ) and spoke to a guy who noted the order was delayed as a result of the Classic dog food. This was not the case last week. He promised to call me and never did ! We have now waited a total of 7 days for Puppy food that's urgent !!! They are without food since Friday and we now have to make alternative arrangements due to Takelot negligence and failure to deliver

This experience has now destroyed my confidence in trusting Takealot and going forward we will look at alternative options first before we place an order From Past experience it takes 2 days for Takealot courier to deliver Apart from our pets not having food for 5 days waiting on Takealot ive had to stay at home waiting for their delivery that never arrived , wasting my time. Today via other sources i hear that Takealot has staff issues at the Distribution warehouse. What is going on Takealot ??? We were such a loyal client
