Tampered box , missing parts

Purchased a lamp from take a lot , they delivered the lamp after a delay , they delivered a lamp in a box with missing parts , tampered box and dirty I followed up sent pictures I missed days of work due to their inconvenience I get paid daily if I don’t work I don’t get paid they clearly don’t care about it instead they compensated me with R100 for their mess
