Talealot Support ***********

Been struggling with Takealot support for 2 weeks now. Have contacted their support 8 times with 0 results. I placed an order on 22 June which was scheduled for delivery on 1 July but never arrived. On 2 July they sent an email saying the order was return to the warehouse due to some items being out of stock and other items being broken on route. Despite that the order still has a status of "Shipped" with delivery date of 1 July both on their website and their app. I have contacted their support 8 times since to cancel my order and every time they say they will set it to cancelled but 15 days later and no results. Does not seem like their support is up to standard to handle basic tasks.
