Talealot have "dropped the ball"

I have always had exceptional service from Takealot so it is with sadness I must give this review.

I ordered 4 solar lights from them on 16th July 2022.

Two of the items were defective and returned to Takealot. They were packaged together as one item and collected by the courier.

One replacement was ret delivered to me in good working order. I reported this to Takealot and on 8th August I received and email from Trisha R at Takealot saying my query had been "escalated to the relevant department" Since then I have had various emails asking me for more details and the last mail stated the wharehouse only received one return from me. I rep**** on that email but received a response that "customer queries sent to the address will no longer be rep**** to" They have either done one of the following 1) Mistaken the fact that the 2 lights were returned PACKED TOGETHER ie one parcel. 2) The wharehouse is mistaken 3) Someone at Takealot has ****** my light. I am now tired of trying to get either my light or refund from Takealot and, if this does not elicit a response from someone at Takealot I shall also go taking the matter further ie. Press, Naspers etc.
