Talealot are useless

I placed an order with the for a par of large cricket pants(my normal size) they were delivered to on the 10th at 10:47, as I work from home I received the delivery and as soon as I had a chance between work tasks I open the boxes delivered and tried on the pants within an hour of delivery. I immediately noticed the pants are way to big and submitted a return assuming it will either be replaced or refunded, only to be told by Takealot that a refund will not be processed as the item had been used, this is a blatant lie. The item was tried on and immediately put back in the package it came in and a return was initiated.

Their customer service reps refuse to assist.
