TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!

Bought a strap on takealot for my watch, received it and it does not fit or work with the face of my watch! Logged a return and provided the reason for the return. They sent an email saying that the return is declined due to it being tampered with. Now how do they expect one to see if it is suitable for you and the watch you have?! Please make me understand. I sent everything back in its original packaging and boxes. And yet the return is still declined?! Trust me, I will be telling every single person I know not to order off takealot and I will be taking this to social media as well. And will be taking it to Frederik Zietsman
