Taking over 16 Days to pickup a return

On the 30th of April I requested a return with TakeALot after receiving a **** product. After 6 days of not hearing from them I called them to ask what the status of my return is and they informed me that it has been given over to SkyNet to arrange the pickup of the return and that they will still call me on the same day. The following week (another 3 days later) I still haven't heard anything and called again. Once again I was told that SkyNet will still contact me the same day. After repeating the process another 2 times I was phoned by SkyNet asking whether I'd be home the following day so they can do the pickup. I agreed and waited at home the whole next day with SkyNet never pitching. I phoned them this morning to find out what was going on and my call got disconnected. When phoning back I was told that a representative will contact me shortly.. No suprise, it is almost the close of business day and still no call. Between TakeALot and SkyNet is is taking me over 16 days to do a single return.
