Taking me to be a fool

Stainless steel ice bucket delivered covered in 10 year's worth of dust, full of dents and scratches. Handle undone on one side. Item was returned and replaced with exactly the same item. Dust was removed, scratches were all still there BUT this time the handle was completely gone.

Frustratingly there is no email address or any other means where queries like these can be escalated. Obviously customer satisfaction and grievances are not a priority.
