Taking a lot

Hello Peter. I ordered a fridge from takealot last week Thursday. I got a notification from them saying my fridge will be delivered on Friday, Friday came and the was no fridge. On Saturday morning I got a notification saying the delivery will happen on Monday, Monday came and no fridge was delivered. The most upsetting thing is that no one can give me a straight answer instead the blame third-parties. I’ve email, phoned and tweeted still no proper answer. 0/10 service from takealot
