I ordered a Romoss 60000mah powerbank in June last year for R1200. It started giving me problems about a month ago, i then returned it to takealot requesting them to replace the item. They then just credited my account and did not replace the item. I phoned them and asked them why, they then informed me that they have changed suppliers for this item and that i now need to pay R400 more for a new powerbank which is ridiculous seeing that it costs R1200. This is not my problem and its their problem, they changed suppliers and need to supply me with a new powerbank. Cant wait for AMAZON to come to south africa so that theres a bit of competition for takealots customers.
