I don't know why takealot.com is so popular, because they are truly terrible! Firts of all they are very expensive, and you can almost always get it cheaper somewhere else, then their product range is also not the best. Their search alogorithms is the worst I have seen, and you will gte the most irrelevant results when you search for something. Further to this is there poor webiste, if you have a link to "Contact us" please put in a contact number or email for f sakes. I manged to get a service centre number on google, the answering machine says they only work to 10pm, do you work in China because I called at 5pm SA time?!. But just sometimes they have something you want and it is on special, but in my case there is normally a problem with that as well, as in this case where they sent me a product with a GBR plug, without stating it anywhere on the purchase page.
