'Takesalot' but gives a little to customer care

Very poor customer care. I was short-supp**** on items that I ordered. After logging a query, an agent responded but then went totally quiet on me. I had to log a second query to get a response. I was eventually contacted by an agent who simply invoked the company's returns policy, instead of making good the shortfall of items. This seems to be the common way in the company addresses queries, as per my previous experience with an order. The agents seem to work in a robotic manner, bound by predetermined scripts. They do not make any attempt to understand the nuances of a query, and do not place much importance on customer interest and care.
