Takes your money but no goods

<p>I am a regular shopper at takealot. I've ordered a textbook and colouring book. You have taken my money and not given me an expected date on either book. I need the textbook, which is in stock, very urgently. Why can't you send that now and send the other item later? Not even an estimated due date like loot does? I ordered stuff from</p> <p>amazon on the same day I ordered from you and it's arrived in the country sooner. How pathetic is your business? I want my items. </p>
