Takes so long.. to receive stock... that you have in stock...

I ordered stock on the 7th of August, that you gave in stock. It has been send to the Courier on the 9th, two days later. But the best is estimated date of delivery, 17 August, 10 days for goods that you had in stock! I complained so many times about this, but I am wasting my breath. You should really look at Clicks and Makro, they gives new meaning to service and delivery.
