TAKES MONEY THEN CANCELS ORDERS. WFT, TAKEALOT???

My Boss confirmed, and paid for, his order on 23.03.2023. On 24.03.2023, the due date of delivery, he gets notified of cancellation due to non payment. The "HelpLine" is no help line at all- as I type this complaint, I've been holding for an operator for OVER 10 MINUTES!!! And there the call cut out... Wow. Disappointed, to say the least
