TAKES EVERYTHING AND GIVES NOTHING BACK

I ordered an Exercise Wheel which was completely different to the one described and came with an already open box and worn equipment. All I wanted was to do AB exercises, now Takealot is impacting directly on my gainz.

Quality control at Takealot is ****ing ****, this is the 2nd time in 2 months I've ordered something you from you guys, last time I ordered a squat rack, it took an extra week to get delivered from the predicted time, and they only delivered 2 of the 3 boxes that the equipment came in. Took another 2 weeks to get my refund because instead of finding the box in the neverneverland warehouse, I had to go through the "returns process" which involved me getting a credit for the opportunity for them to hold my money, while I decided on the next item to be incorrectly delivered.

Are the people who run this company mentally deficient? If that was the case at least I would have some sympathy. I'm just surprised they can run a company this poorly and still turn a profit, we set the bar really low in South Africa, and somehow, they keep managing to fall through the floor.
