Takeoalot did not bother to try and contact me when delivering a time-sensitive parcel

I received a message saying that delivery was not done because I was not available. My packages are delivered to my place of work, and we sometimes move between departments during the day. I was in the same building but in a different department when they came - if they actually ever came.

I received NO messages or phone calls from the delivery person, and NO calls from my department. I've had mutiple previous deliveries to the same place under exactly the same circumstances, without glitches. I was telephonically available all the time. This delivery was time-sensitive. Now I get an SMS and I get the option to reschedule to dates when I WON'T be able to take delivery. No other options.
