so the drivers doesnt phone upon arrival??? and how am i supposed to know that they have arrived????? i received an sms saying that my order will be delivered before 5pm today then another to say that it will be cancelled because recipient wasnt available..... what?????? i am well available, waiting for my delivery or should i have waited from 6am until 5pm at the front office for a parcel... no man thats not how things gets done... what happened to customer service or reducing customer effort ..... please deliver my parcel ASAP.
