Takenot alot to reply to your customers

Takealot No Review no response why would you deal with a business that you can not even contact. Ordered a Borehole pump last week cause my borehole pump packed up it was scheduled for delivery on the 23rd of October but up and untill now still nothing . Had a lady Naledi Noyi mail me and she will follow up with still no feedback two days later seriously
