Taken money from my bank account for groceries ordered in Capetown

Somebody ordered things from Takealot on the 12 June and money went off from my bank account this was for groceries ordered in Capetown and I a staying in Johannesburg. I called the and send emails to ask my money back and they told me that I need to sort this out and reimburse me my money. I never had an account with them or ordered from them previously
