Taken for a ride

I ordered the Andowl Q-S2i wireless smart camera, and the takelot supplier sent me the Andowl Q-S4 Max wireless camera. Instead of acknowledging that they do not have the correct product, they had the audacity to place a barcode label of the required product on the wrongly supp**** product. Talk about trying to pull wool over mine eyes. When I requested the replacement of the wrong product with the correct one, Takealot proceeded to refund the deal instead of fixing the problem. I am truly flabbergasted with some of the suppliers Takealot has on their database. As I sit here, I still don't have the right camera. Now I have to run around the whole city, like a headless chicken, to find the right product 😡 😡
