I made a purchase of multiple items on the 25th of July.

The "2 Pack Green Tea Mask Stick" was R130 marked down to: R99 - which is why I purchased it.

On reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was charged R146.

I contacted support and they responded to say that they will not be refunding me the item is now listed as: R126.

I have website and app screenshots to prove this.

How many people have been taken advantage of like this??? This can't be legal!!! Check your receipts guys
