Takelot't courier got lost

My wife ordered stuff from them. Yesterday she was notified that delivery will be before 17H00(yesterday)needless to say that the parcel was not delivered (they use the courier company "courier it"). By the time I'm typing this (20H05)still no delivery. Pathetic and useless.
