TAKELOT'S CUSTOMERS SERVICES has really deteriorated

Last week I was waiting for a delivery, but on the date of delivery I saw on the app that Takealot has broken up my one order into 2 deliveries?! So I had to wait till the next week for an item which was part of one order! So I decided to rather choose pick for this new order. But Today 19 Oct, I received a SMS to say parcel is ready for pick up - only to see 1 minute later on the app that collection expired?! how the hell can you tell me come and collect and 1 minute late collection expired?!
