Takelot.com - Zero quality control or customer service when something goes wrong

Long time loyal Takealot client here - I am having problems with a christmas order i placed in November. There is no longer a contact Centre to call, and their zendesk automated mailing response is nonsense and an utter joke. There is no quality control anymore, and client service, that i once though pretty good no longer exists. This will be the next 'West Pack' in SA once Amazon gets their house in order - Needles to say I will make a point of never using Takealot ever again, or Mr. D as a result - and I will make a point of telling everyone i know, repeatedly about how impossible it is to report a problem to this company when it happens
