Takelot.com unable to track where order was delivered
Order was placed on 28 September 2022 Initial delivery date was 11 October 2022 Received SMS stating order will be delivered on 8 October 2022 Saw on takelot app order was delivered 7 October 2022 without any notice and no one was at home. Reported the matter as soon as possible and have been receiving no feedback on where the order is or was delivered. They keep on referring it to branch. It has been 4 weeks and nothing has been done to rectify this mistake. I have ordered so many times from them before, but will never be able to trust them again. This is unacceptable.

08 Nov 2022, 14:48The matter was resolved. Received credit and replacement products. Took 4 weeks to find out products were lost in transit. Some of the products are now more expensive than when I ordered. Still very disappointed with a company I have trusted for many years.
