TAKELOT.COM ****MED ME

I ordered 3 items that were suppose to be delivered at the same time. One of them was rather large and I needed to have it delivered at my home. I received a confirmation SMS for the date of delivery and took of time off work to receive the items. They did not deliver on the day the SMS specified. They delivered 2 of the items on different days and to the wrong address (my neighbors). and the 3rd item, which was the large item valued at R3489 was never delivered. I queried this with the multiple times, logging tickets on their website and calling them, but to date they have not been able to tell my where my item is or given me a refund. It has now been over a month. This is the worst service I have ever received and can be deemed as ***** and theft.
