Takelot.com or rather TakeAchance.com false advertising.

I bought a fridge through Takealot.com and I was impressed with the fact that they state a 30 day return policy if you are not satified with the product you bought. Well, that seems to be false advertising.

The fridge I bought is damaged with a dent/hole in the door which probable occured while in transit.

When I logged the defect using the online app, it was rejected stating that I must contact the manufacturer since it's a warrenty issue.

What *******! If this is not sorted out soon I will take this to the ombusdsman and not buy a single thing from takealot or maybe their name should rather be Takeachance. com

I will not recommend anyone to buy from them
