Takelot.com giving me runarounds about my order

I placed an order on takealot.com ( order number: ***2) and the order was scheduled to get delivered on the 9th of December at my work address, I then got on Saturday the 7th of December from Thabang / Thabo from takealot.com asking if I am available at work so they can deliver my order, I told him I don't work on weekends and that they must deliver it on Monday as per their schedule. I received another call from the courier man on Sunday the 8th of December around 3pm saying that he's at my work address to deliver my order, I told him I had already spoken with someone from takealot.com and have told them I am not in office on weekends, he attempted to leave the order with security guards who refused to take it and eventually we both agreed that he must return back with it. I have not received the order yet, I called takealot.com and was assisted by Rezinah Peterson who told me that my order was delivered 3 times over the weekend with noone to sign for it and she'll speak to the courier guys and revert back, I have not received any feedback from her. I need this order as in yesterday! Please get it to me or refund me.
