Takelot.com Duping Customers with Pop-Up Third Party Promotions

About two weeks ago, after placing my order on Takealot.com, a promotion for a Sanlam quote popped up. It stated that if Sanlam couldn't beat your existing insurance, then you would receive a Takealot voucher. I took part since I was actually shopping around for a new insurer. I completed the quote with Sanlam (quote received) and they could not match or better my existing quote. I contacted Takealot later that week regarding the voucher and have been getting the run-around from their email support team. First it was "we'll get back to you" and "please give us time", and now a week later it's "we don't issue quotes to customers". This is not even close to my query! I've asked them to please refer to my initial email but this falls on deaf ears. Clearly Takealot are not interested in backing their own promotions with outside parties.
